Privacy
The short, honest version
We collect very little, use it only to reply to you, and delete it when we're done
what we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address and the message you send us. If you give us your name on the homepage, it's saved in your own browser so the page greets you properly next time — it never leaves your device.
how we use it
Your details are used for one thing: replying to you and talking through your project. We don't sell, rent or share your information with advertisers, and we don't add you to marketing lists unless you ask us to.
cookies and storage
This site keeps small preferences in your browser — your name and your light or dark mode choice — so the page looks right when you come back. Those preferences are yours to clear at any time from your browser settings.
third-party services
We use a handful of trusted services to run the business: hosting and the database that stores your message, Google for reviews and business tools, and Instagram for our feed. Each has its own privacy policy, and we only send them what they need to do their job.
how long we keep it
Enquiries and project details are kept while we're working with you, and afterwards only as long as we need for tax, legal or reference purposes. Old enquiries are deleted when they're no longer useful.
your choices
You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send a quick email and we'll handle it — usually within a few days.
changes
If this policy changes we'll update this page. Nothing here is used to retroactively do anything you didn't agree to.
